Flush-Mounted Digital Interface
Traditional wall switches feature gaps and ridges where dangerous bacteria accumulate. Our Surgeon Control Panels are designed with an ultra-smooth, anti-microbial membrane keypad or a high-definition capacitive touchscreen.
The entire unit is flush-mounted directly into the Modular OT wall panels. It is strictly IP65 rated (waterproof and dustproof), meaning hospital staff can aggressively spray and wipe down the panel with liquid chemical disinfectants without any risk of internal short-circuits.

Precision Environmental Control
The panel serves as the central brain communicating directly with the OT's Air Handling Unit (AHU) via a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD).
Surgeons and anesthetists can view real-time digital readouts of the room's parameters. Using the interface, they can instantly adjust the Temperature (standard 21°C ± 2°C), manage Relative Humidity (50% ± 5%), and monitor HEPA filter status. If the AHU detects a pressure drop or filter blockage, the panel immediately triggers a visual and audible alarm.

Integrated Medical Gas Alarms
Surgical safety relies heavily on life-support gases. Rather than installing a separate, disjointed alarm box on the wall, our control panel features a built-in digital medical gas manometer.
It provides a continuous, highly visible readout of the line pressure for up to 6 gases: Oxygen, Medical Air (4 Bar), Surgical Air (7 Bar), Nitrous Oxide, Vacuum, and CO2. If the pressure of any gas drops below or spikes above the critical threshold, the panel triggers an immediate emergency buzzer to alert the surgical team.

Surgical Timers & Illumination Control
Every panel includes a highly accurate standard Day/Time clock, alongside a critical Elapsed Time Clock. This stop-watch feature is heavily utilized by anesthetists to track surgery duration, anesthesia exposure, and time critical CPR/Code Blue events down to the second.
Additionally, the panel integrates comprehensive lighting controls. Staff can easily switch on/off or dim the peripheral LED room lights, X-Ray viewing screens, and surgical dome lights directly from the membrane keypad, avoiding the need to walk around the room.
