Surgical Scrub Stations

To accommodate diverse hospital requirements, we fabricate our medical scrub stations in customizable 1-Bay, 2-Bay, and 3-Bay configurations. This multi-user design ensures that lead surgeons and scrub nurses can prepare simultaneously, eliminating pre-operative bottlenecks outside the Modular OT.

Each individual washing bay is spaciously engineered with a standard 800mm width. This generous spatial allowance guarantees that surgeons have ample room to rigorously scrub their hands and forearms up to the elbows without accidentally bumping into adjacent personnel—a critical factor in maintaining an unbroken sterile perimeter and adhering to strict NABH cleanroom protocols.

The absolute core of pre-surgical infection control relies on eliminating physical contact points. Each scrubbing bay is equipped with a highly sensitive, medical-grade Infrared (IR) optical sensor built directly into the SS-304 back panel or the faucet neck itself. As the surgeon approaches the hospital sink, the water activates instantly without a single touch.

When they step away, an integrated digital micro-controller allows the water to flow for an additional 2 to 3 seconds. This delayed shut-off is crucial, as it automatically washes away any residual betadine soap down the drain, leaving a perfectly clean basin for the next user while simultaneously saving thousands of liters of hospital water annually.

Alongside our touchless faucets, every scrubbing bay features integrated automatic betadine or surgical soap dispensers, ensuring the entire pre-op cleaning protocol remains 100% hands-free.

Furthermore, we offer the seamless integration of inline UV-C Water Sterilizers and 0.2-micron microbial absolute filters hidden within the stainless steel plumbing shroud. This guarantees that the water washing the surgeon's hands is fundamentally sterile and purified before it even exits the tap.
