Environmental Monitoring Systems
Scientific proof of OT safety is mandatory. Absolute control over Temperature, Humidity, and Pressure is required for NABH cleanrooms. Our stations provide real-time tracking and automated logging.
- Real-Time Temp & RH Data
- High-Precision DP Sensors
- BMS & RS-485 Logging
- Audio/Visual Alarm Triggers
Product Configurations
Every configuration is precision-manufactured and modularly designed to fit your exact demands.
Temperature & RH Sensors
High-precision probes designed for extreme accuracy. These advanced sensors constantly measure the ambient Room Temperature and Relative Humidity (RH) inside the surgical suite or directly within the return air ducts.
They are engineered with ultra-fast response times to instantly detect any thermal spikes caused by surgical lighting or personnel movement. If humidity breaches 60%, they immediately signal the AHU's cooling coils and heaters to initiate deep dehumidification, preventing fungal growth on sterile equipment.
Differential Pressure Transmitters
The backbone of positive and negative pressure environments. Differential Pressure (DP) transmitters utilize highly sensitive diaphragms to measure the exact pressure variance (in Pascals) between the sterile OT and the unsterile corridor.
These industrial-grade transmitters convert physical air pressure into a 4-20mA electrical signal, communicating seamlessly with the digital displays and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) to actively modulate duct dampers and AHU blower speeds.
Flush-Mounted Digital Display Stations
Surgeons and nursing staff need instant environmental awareness without looking away from the patient. Our digital display stations feature high-visibility LED screens perfectly flush-mounted into the SS-304 modular wall panels.
The screens output real-time readings for Temp, RH, and Pressure. They are equipped with intelligent color-coding: numbers remain a soothing Green when parameters are safe, and instantly flash aggressive Red while sounding a piercing buzzer the second a cleanroom breach occurs.
BMS Integration & Data Logging
For NABH accreditation, hospitals must present unalterable historical logs proving that OT climates were stable during surgeries.
Our environmental systems come with standard RS-485 Modbus outputs, allowing them to connect seamlessly to your facility's Building Management System (BMS) or Hospital Information System (HIS). The software records 24/7 telemetry data, providing 21 CFR Part 11 compliant audit trails, printable PDF reports, and automated email alerts to facility managers during off-hours.

Passing NABH Audits in a Corporate Hospital
A premier corporate hospital in Haryana was weeks away from a major NABH inspection. While their AHU was functioning, their analog wall thermostats were outdated, and they had no way to prove historical humidity compliance. Furthermore, surgeons were complaining about their microscopes continuously fogging up mid-procedure.
The Solution: MedGenz rapidly deployed a network of Digital Environmental Display Stations linked to duct-mounted RH sensors. We integrated the system with their central BMS. The new sensors instantly detected sudden humidity spikes during surgical washing phases, automatically triggering the AHU dehumidification cycle. The microscope fogging stopped entirely, and the hospital presented perfect 30-day data logs to the auditors, securing their accreditation.
