The absolute gold standard for advanced, high-tech modular OTs. This system features a 2mm thick homogeneous vinyl sheet infused with carbon compounds.

During installation, a network of conductive copper tape grids is laid underneath the sheets and connected to the building's central earthing system. It continuously drains static electricity generated by staff movement, protecting sensitive micro-electronics in anesthesia workstations and patient monitors from calibration errors or damage. This makes it the absolute best choice for Super-Specialty OTs, Cardiac Wings, & Cath Labs.

Manufactured from the exact same surgical-grade, 2mm thick PVC composition as our ESD lines, but without the underlying copper grid or internal conductive fibers.

Because the material is completely dense and smooth, we heat-weld the seams together using matching PVC rods to form an unbroken, fluid-tight surface across the entire room. It offers identical resistance to blood, iodine, and heavy cleaning chemicals, making it the most cost-effective and reliable solution for spaces where high-frequency static discharge is not a critical risk. This makes it the absolute best choice for General Surgery OTs, Scrub Stations, & Recovery Rooms.

Self-Leveling Compound Flooring

While vinyl is highly resilient, it can occasionally tear, indent, or buckle under the extreme localized point-loads of heavy surgical equipment. For these specific environments, we install poured self-leveling compound systems.

This is a specialized liquid matrix poured directly over the mechanically prepared sub-base on-site. It chemically cures into a dense, 3mm to 4mm thick seamless slab. Having absolute zero joints or weld-lines anywhere in the room, it is 100% monolithic, completely impervious to fluids, and boasts immense structural impact resistance against rolling loads. This makes it the absolute best choice for Orthopedic OTs, Heavy-Traction Rooms, & Trauma Bays.

Can new vinyl or compound flooring be applied over our existing hospital tiles?

Yes, but surface preparation is critical. We do not lay flooring directly over old tiles. Our engineers mechanically grind the existing surface and pour a specialized self-leveling base compound to ensure the floor is perfectly flat and porous before installing the final vinyl topcoat or compound flooring.

What happens if an orthopedic surgery table rolls over the flooring?

For standard OTs, our 2mm heat-welded homogeneous vinyl easily supports general surgical equipment. However, for heavily loaded Orthopedic or Trauma tables, we strongly recommend our 3mm-4mm Heavy-Duty Self-Leveling Compound Flooring, as it will not indent, tear, or buckle under extreme point-loads.

How is the ESD Vinyl actually grounded?

Before laying the conductive vinyl, we install a highly conductive copper tape grid in a specific layout across the subfloor. This grid is then wired directly into a dedicated earth pit in the hospital's electrical grounding system, ensuring all static is safely dissipated away from sensitive machines.
